Spring Break/ Easter Recess
A general announcement that the Media Services Office will be closed over Spring Break/ Easter Recess due to our office being primarily staffed by student employees who will be away from campus.
Equipment reservations and check out will require that all students return equipment prior to the break and are not allowed to check out items over the break unless special approval is granted by a Faculty member who is overseeing the project that requires access during the break. Employees of the College (Faculty, Staff and Administrators) are able to check out an item before the start of break, and will not be required to return that item until we open again on Tuesday April 10th.
Large format printing requests submitted over the break will be processed once we open again, unless arrangements are made in advance.
Durring the break, Matt Dobosenski will be available “by appointment only” so please email to set up a meeting, or go onto the Gustavus Google Calendar system to propose a meeting time.
