Media Services provides large format printing service to the Gustavus Community, and has two large format Epson printers. This is a notice that, at this time we are currently experiencing issues with not being able to print jobs on the larger of the two printers (our Epson 11880). The smaller printer, an Epson 9800 is functioning properly at this time.
While we work through trouble shooting and fixing the issue with the 11880, we are limited in being able to only print files that have at least one of the dimensions at 42″ or less (the available printing width of the 9800).
Due to the size of the rolls of media, our very popular FAB-6 banner material is limited to banners with a media width of 36″ or less as that is the largest size roll that will fit on the 9800 (we can not fit the 50″ roll that is needed to print off the common 48″ wide Foyer Banners).
