This is a notice that the main computer network switch in the Media Services office is experiencing issues. This does not effect the Virtual Office server as it is not located in the Media Services office, however the staff at Media Services is experiencing erratic and sometimes prolonged network outages that prevent us from connecting to systems such as the Virtual Office, Email, and other networked devices.
We will do our best to use other means to connect and communicate with you about your needs and requests as we work to fix this issue, however several of the services we provide are greatly hindered at this time due to the fact that so much of what we do depends on computers being able to communicate with one another.
